We selectively choose the homeowners and pavers in which we prefer to work with... almost like a TEAM... We typically focus in on the single family home in the $400k and up range. These type homeowners tend to care more about their homes and taking care of their pavers on their driveways/ walkways & lanais. No different than cleaning your teeth or cleaning your automobile... you want it all to look nice all the time. With every paver sealing job we take on, we analyze the pavers first, hydro-scrub the pavers second, wash down any left behind debris third and then apply two coats of sealant to finish the job. After the initial cleaning & sealing has taken place, we will contact you every six months to remind you that it is time to pressure wash again and every year on the anniversary date if the initial cleaning & sealing, we will contact you for your annual cleaning and one coat application of sealant.
