After graduating from the Northern Ireland Hotel and Catering College Adrian joined the Cumberland Hotel London spending eight years in various roles within the food and beverage departments ◦ As part of the Forte Hotel group Adrian was placed on a development programme that extended his experience to the Posthouse Hotel brand. Placed within London properties and further to support the Northern region, Adrian was offered his first GM role opening the Posthouse Hotel Belfast ◦ A keen supporter of the Hospitality industry Adrian held a board position on People first development board, chaired Tourism NI’s corporate tourism strategy group, was president of the Northern Ireland Hotels federation and was a board member of the Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau ◦ Career development saw the opening of the Merchant Hotel. An acclaimed property with awards including best Hotel UK, Worlds best Bar and more recently being awarded 5 AA red star status.Moving to Dublin saw Adrian manage the popular Gibson Hotel for 18 months before an inter company transfer located him the the world renowned Carton House Hotel in Kildare.Adrian now operates a Hotel management company with circa 200 bedrooms across three properties within his portfolio.Adrian recently completed the upgrade and opening of www.banksquaretownhouse.com and added other property interests aswell as acquiring the Londonderry Arms Hotel Carnlough, Northern Ireland.◦ Adrian is married to Alison, is dad to Erin and Ronan and lives in Randalstown Northern Ireland.
