National Account Manager
CurrentResponsibilities include the management and success of program relationships, with channels in syndication, broker, and OEM subsidy. Syndication - working with captive lending partners, we aim to maximize volume on a monthly basis, while meeting the needs of our partners. Syndications is the main portion of my job and requires meeting with executives internally and externally, to look at growth areas or areas for improvements. Additionally, working with operations, credit, asset management and legal is important as different scenarios arise. Total annual volume is 125MM/year and the transactions can range in size from 50M-5MM. Subsidy - working with original equipment manufacturers across the United States, we participate in subsidy programs and help them achieve their volume goals by being an exceptional financing partner. Subsidy business volume is 10MM/year and the transactions can range in size from 50M-500M. Broker - working with our broker partners, we aim to deliver a high approval rating and keep customers at all levels pleased. Broker volume is 10MM/year and transactions can range in size from 50M-2MM. All of these channels require a close working relationship with the credit and operations teams. Additionally, strong communication and organizational skills are required to set & negotiate monthly rates, as well as completing work in a deadline environment.
