I am a senior executive with a wide variety of financial and operational experience. I have been part of a team of directors leading a brand leader's growth from a turnover of £2m to £38m in eight years. I have worked within a blue chip organization and helped a market leader survive the perils of a Company Voluntary Arrangement. I have led a variety of teams over my career from my recent small team to nearly eighty. My style has always been supportive with a concern for the individual; I am by nature a listener and thinker. My teams would say I am calm, fair and empathic. However, I am not afraid of making the hard decisions which have included restructures and dealing with the consequences and outcomes of fraudWhilst my experience has been concentrated within the private sector I have always undertaken voluntary work. My previous roles have included being a school governor in Ely and a Parish Councillor in West Sussex. Currently, I am a Director for ArtsReach in Dorset supporting the organisation in bringing quality performing art to local communities.My roles have encompassed the key areas of Finance, Operations, Procurement, HR, Insurance, Legal, IT and Risk.
