Senior design engineer in charge of new, existing product lines and iterative development, project managing a team of multi-disciplined engineers and technicians to develop medical autoclaves and related equipment that involve pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-mechanical and software systems to create seamless functionality delivered at price point utilising UK and foreign supply chains. Additionally developing marketing strategies, providing technical support and sales insight to bolster product roll out.

Project managing high end desking, tabling and acoustic projects from concept through to mass production, developing and engineering design concepts for visual signoff, then into manufacture, including: castings, Injection molding, extrusions and upholstery. Designing and managing CAD through Solidworks including Vault PLM software. Creating 2D drawings and BOM's for manufacture as well as creating marketing visuals and documents for publication and presentations for use in client tenders. Project managing suppliers in the UK, Europe and far east (China, Taiwan) to ensure product deadlines are met and prototypes delivered on time to hard deadlines.
