Testing of software product built for companies in consumer goods area used mainly by managers for various activities such as store checks, audits, managing store inventories etc. Scope of my position was mainly front end (manual) and databases (MySQL) testing.

Testing multiple web applications developed by our team which were used for maintaining, overhauling and handling the life cycle management of various types of turbines developed and produced by subsidiary company of Caterpillar – Solar Turbines. My initial scope of work was writing/running/updating manual test cases and getting ISTQB certified with introduction into automation towards the end of my career in the company.As a team we used various tools to for testing (ReadyAPI, SahiPRO, Jmeter, MS Visual Studio ...) tracking (Sourcetree/git, MS Azure) and working with databases (MySQL workbench, Dbeaver) and later test automatization in Robot Framework by re-writing and updating existing Smoke/Regression test cases.

Setting up, removing or managing existing configuration for Cisco devices. Coordinating with engineering teams on various tasks such as decommission/migration of sites. Providing 24/7 support.

Application Administrator - Basic customer support according to the tickets and executing actions based on those tickets or creating ones if necessary and monitoring platform with thousands of scheduled jobs. Providing 24/7 support. After 6 months promoted to :ICT Administrator - Executing mostly change orders requested by customers. Stopping , starting , patching or rebooting various applications on webservers. On-call duty invovled.
