Adrian is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Macy’s, Inc., appointed in March 2023. He leads stores, supply chain, technology, real estate, and the company’s finance functions, including accounting, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, financial/capital planning & analysis, and procurement. Adrian joined Macy’s, Inc. in November 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. He also serves on the Board of Directors and member of the Audit and Governance Committees of Stanley Black & Decker. He brings a different lens to the role of COO and CFO having built his career around transformation with a focus on strategy, operations and finance. Adrian brings over 20 years of business experience with a consistent track record of delivering tangible business results and shareholder value. He has served as Board Director in multiple organizations, in senior executive roles across multiple companies and functions, and as a strategic adviser to Fortune 500 companies in management consulting. Adrian’s experiences span applying digital, data and advanced analytics to improving business operations, including organic and inorganic growth strategy, large-scale operational transformations, digital innovations, re-imagined customer journeys, supply chain optimization and enterprise-level change management.
