Hexa Finance are a dynamic financial services and consultancy business that has been built on decades of experience working at some of the largest global lessors and independent financiers.I have taken the role of Associate Director to help drive Hexa Finance forward by building on key vendor relationships and generating new relationships. A major role within the business whereby I will be assisting with the planning, development and organization of the business. I responsible for the internal operational structure of the business to ensure streamlined processes which enhance the experience of our customers.Hexa has built a range of smarter lending solutions, helping businesses access the funding solutions they need. Our clients include businesses looking for competitive finance solutions as well as suppliers of equipment looking to provide trusted finance options to their clients. Also available are a range of outsourced and advisory products that help suppliers, lenders and banks deliver the very best service and experience to their clients, whilst also keeping on top of the ever-increasing risk and regulatory environment. - Responsible for managing a number of key vendor relationships and outsourced lease desks.- Build a targeted development plan for new intermediary partners.- Funder management, including building structured credit appeals for our customers.- Develop internal processes and procedures to enhance our customer experience and delivery.- Help define new products and go-to-market strategies.- Utilize social media and digital marketing to grow the Hexa brand and identify new routes to market.- Keeping up to date with learning and development, ensuring current legislation, codes of practice and guidance are followed. - Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements.

- Managing the internal introducer relationships and supporting external BDMs with the relationships as well as managing a number of my own external accounts in both the vendor and broker market. - Leading the charge with our introducers rolling out the new lease management portal providing external training sessions.- Process pricing and commission calculations, raising documentation, querying credit decisions and ensure smooth payment for our vendor and broker partners. - Developing key programs and managing the on-boarding process of new introducers, ensuring on-boarding documentation is completed correctly and compliantly. - Providing management information reports for internal purposes in relation to business performance including pricing, margin and forecasting. - Managing sales pipelines, interacting with introducers and providing them with accurate reports to aid them with their sales process.- Working on all lease structures across all asset types. Complex lease structures including deferrals, VAT deferrals and RV based leasing.

- Providing professional lease advice including lease qualification, present value cash flow analysis, lease accounting entries, options appraisals and procurement advice.Management of all Microsoft and software financing for public sector through OJEU compliant frameworks.- Account management and building relationships with a panel of funders.- RFP management through e-Procurement platform.- Business development generating relationships and seeking opportunities through various methods including online marketing, attending conferences and using internal relationships to access a broader customer base.- Brokering a wide range of deals using a panel of funding in both soft and hard assets including operating lease, finance lease, contract hire, hire purchase, invoice factoring and sales of receivables.- Managing public sector lease transactions between the values of £5k and £250m.
