Specialize in building homes from the ground up and overseeing every phase of construction projects.• Report to the Area Manager and drive to various job sites to oversee work progress.•Coordinate with trade contractors daily at the job sites to ensure their work is completed on time and within company quality work is completed on time and within company quality standards.• Inspect and validate workmanship and product quality to conform to company standards.• Walk houses/job sites daily and create punch lists to ensure work is completed on time.•Collaborate and communicate proactively with Purchasing and Design teams ensure project success.• Facilitate positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors through honest, timely, and clear communications.• Coordinate with the Quality team at key milestones to ensure adherence to standards and details.•Act as a liaison with neighbors during construction phases, addressing any concerns or issues that arise in a professional manner.
