During my time at Western Geophysical/WesternGeco/Schlumberger I processed seismic data including 2D, 3D, 4D, Land, Marine, TZ, and OBC data from around the world, for example continental USA, Middle East, Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, Angola, Nigeria, Brazil, Columbia, and Bangladesh. During this time, I gained vast experience with all aspects of processing from segy reformatting to time and depth migration. After starting in the tape library, I took on progressively more personnel and project management responsibilities starting with mentoring of junior coworkers to being the project manager of the largest UniQ processing project in the world (at the time). Managing this multi-million dollar multiyear project drew upon all I had learned as a manager, coordinating a team of 13 local team members while interacting with international co-workers and clients.
