I've been in the pump industry for thirty years. I started working for Aquatech Ltd in my school holidays. I carried on working for them after I had left school. I went to college on day release whilst working for Aquatech. After a few years I transferred to Aquatech's sister company Acorn Mechanical Services where I worked up until 2004. I had five months working for a company that did commercial fuel dispensers and fuel monitors. In 2005 I joined FlowMech Products Ltd. Whilst I worked for FlowMech I designed the electronics for their pressurisation units and wrote the software. I also serviced and commissioned cold water booster sets, pressurisation units and RPZ valves. In November 2016 I joined Dura Pump. At Dura Pump I service and replace pumps, variable speed drives and expansion vessels. I have also done some PLC programming.
