Acomplish preventive and corrective maintenance service orders. Keeping Inventory of electrical diagrams and backups programs for PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, etc, ensuring short action to solve faults. Methods used: TPS, FMEA/AMEF, ACR (Root Cause Analysis).

Design, installation, connection and commissioning of industrial equipment, as well as support to maintenance, operations and manufacturing departments. Elaboration of diagrams and electrical panels, field survey, DTI (Diagrams of Pipes and Instrumentation), work plans, responsible for the resources assigned to the project, keep updated the progress weekley and follow-up details to costumers. Support with estimates, quotes and budgets.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to production machines trying to reduce downtime. Interaction with compressed air systems, boilers, ovens, welding machines, presses, stamping machines, chillers, paint booths, conveyors, cutters. Review of equipment in production areas and filling a check list to verify the status of the machinery.

Elaboration and updating injection machine parameter sheets (set-ups sheets), work instructions for quality and production requirements, temporary process deviations authorizations (TDA's), Visual Aids, request of process changes, training operational personnel, reduction SMED times, fixture and gauges design, coordination of meetings to follow-up pendings and reworks, familiarization with APQP and analysis of CP, CPK capabilities.

Wiring and assemble of new design (customized) Tester machines for electrical and mechanical testing, controled and monitored with Labview software. Interpretation of control-power diagrams, assembly of electrical circuits and pneumatic systems, elaboration of PCB boards (THT and SMT) for embedded control systems to National Instruments DAQ.
