The EMR Enhancement Lead is responsible for the delivery of projects delivered by our EMR and Informatics Program. This program will continue to transform the use of digital health technologies to align Monash Health to clinical and quality 'best practice'. In order to drive the continued maturity and functionality of the EMR, the role mobilises the team of application specialists, clinical and technical experts to deliver enhancements in a strategic and considered way.

The EMR&I Senior Application Specialist - Care Delivery role aims to successfully implement and optimise the EMR Care Delivery solution at Monash Health. This involves leading the Care Delivery team, overseeing the EMR's design, functionality, and workflows with a focus on improving clinical care, documentation and integration with the wider digital health ecosystem. The role's key responsibility is to engage with the business to ensure the EMR solution meets high standards of patient safety, quality care, and usability needs of Monash Health users.

Proficient at developing strong working relationships with clinicians, strong understanding of many clinical workflows, KPIs and protocols, and able to tailor wholistic EMR solutions.Previously the APAC Knowledge Lead in Acute Patient Care, Critical Care, and Maternity. I supported the development of Australian MODEL workflow recommendations, solution content.
