MotorCycle Holdings is Australia’s largest motorcycle dealership operator (including Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha franchises). Its core business consists of the sale of new and used motorcycles, accessories and parts, finance, insurance and warranty as well as service and repair.The COO role was created for a 6 month term to support the CEO with integrating a retail accessories superstore business and a national wholesale operation, both acquired in October 2017, during a period of rapid vertical expansion. The focus has been on the integration of these businesses from a people, systems and Group support perspective while growing profitability - this has been successfully achieved in particular through introducing the sale of motorcycles and service areas within the retail superstores.

Primarily responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the business and its subsidiaries (retail, wholesale and manufacturing). Directly accountable to the CEO and Chairman for developing and implementing strategic (and supporting action / financial) plans that supported the vision, values and goals of the Wallace Bishop and Hardy Brothers brands, while analysing current and future trends and needs, as well as accurately assessing functional responsibilities, competitive strengths and market opportunities (establishing point of difference).

Chief Executive Officer of The Jewellery Group - Zamel's and Mazzucchelli's retail brands with over 100 stores nationally. Responsible for transforming the business from a private family owned entity through to private equity, and then subsequently a fully vertically integrated (foreign) ownership model.

Initially engaged on a consultancy basis to project manage the centralisation of the company's operations, necessitating a complete end-to-end resource, process and systems review, and re-implementation within the retail business / support centre. The strategic intent was to transform / corporatise the business to both operate and be recognised as an international brand.
