Over the years, I have naturally transitioned from an IT Support role to an IT Sysadmin, showcasing a significant evolution in my skill set and responsibilities. Initially, my focus was on support and ticketing, diligently handling user issues. However, over the past few years, my role expanded to encompass maintenance tasks such as managing backups, firewall reviews, and antivirus console monitoring.A notable aspect of my growth has been my proficiency in scripting, particularly in PowerShell, where I've successfully developed scripts for task automation. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in the creation and migration of the file system from local servers to SharePoint, demonstrating my ability to contribute to critical infrastructure changes.I assumed responsibility for user management, including onboarding, offboarding, and the provisioning of laptops and equipment for employees. Furthermore, I took the initiative to conduct cybersecurity-focused training sessions for the company, emphasizing the importance of security protocols.Overall, my journey reflects a comprehensive skill set encompassing technical troubleshooting, automation, system administration and user management in the IT domain.
