I hold a first class bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from Kingston University, where I also served as an academic mentor for engineering students. I have been working as a supervisor at Arena group since November 2022, after being promoted from an ice skating marshal role that I started in November 2016.As a supervisor, I ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the ice skating rink, with a focus on customer safety and satisfaction. I manage a team of marshals and operate the machinery and equipment. I also occasionally act as a duty manager when required. I have developed strong skills in sales, retail, and teamwork, as well as ice skating. I am passionate about learning new things and applying my knowledge to real-world problems. I value diversity and inclusion, and I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. I believe I can bring a unique combination of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to any organisation.
