- Elevate the Talent Acquisition function to a strategic, data-driven business partner by building the employer brand and introducing a value proposition that enhances talent attraction.
- Design and manage a cutting-edge digital university, leveraging technology to revolutionize employee learning in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
- Deliver seamless new hire orientation, executive onboarding, and new store training programs, ensuring compliance with regulations while enhancing employee and customer experiences.
