• Daily Project Management of 4 EMEA EMS facilities, equating to 645 staff and $520M of annual business revenue. Areas of responsibility included; manufacturing and customer quality, on time delivery, finance, NPI, lean, continuous improvement materials, strategy, project management and new business development• Led an EMEA transfer, start-up and full business integration of 4 EMS sites as part of major product transfers from Asia and EMEA to drive cost, increase business effectiveness and to optimise product portfolio synergies across two leading technologies• Managed EMS expansion to support a year to year regional growth of 150%• Achieved cost reductions across the region of $6.6M from 2007-2009
