I have been an Infrastructure Manager and Cloud Engineer with more than 25 years’ experience in the IT service delivery sector, providing 3rd line support in the cloud infrastructure domain. My professional goals are in helping the enterprise improve it's automated IaC IT infrastructure providing a more reliable could environment, keeping system down time to an absolute minimum while still maintaining a high value service. The Information Technology industry is an extremely progressive sector and as such, client requirements constantly change. I believe it is vital to continuously look for ways to provide new or better levels of service; this increases their value, resulting in any industry innovations having a minimal impact on the services that I provide. In order for this to be achievable, I communicate regularly with the business, understanding what my client’s needs are, the technologies they wish to use and how they require them to be provided.
