• Managing a team of 3 blenders in charge of handling roughly 500,000 litres worth of finished product movement daily between Bottling, Bulk and Distillery departments. While increasing the efficiency of the processes and equipment in the department.

Performing root cause analysis on equipment that has failed or failing, implement a solution to prevent future breakdowns and unplanned downtime.

Continually updating and improving the process using Factory Talk, and PlantPAx. Reassessing current processes and procedures currently in place to make the work be more sufficient to increase production while keeping safety at the forefront of the solutions.
