Responsible of managing the service relationship for equity and fixed income products for all Institutional Asset Owner and Investment Consultant clients across US and Canada, including most of the biggest and recognized players such as CPPIB, CalPERS, CalSTRS, CDPQ, Cambridge Associates, Mercer, etc. Responsible of identifying client investment opportunities and proposing tailored equity investment solutions for public and corporate pension funds, endowments, wealth funds, foundations and family offices. Provided continuous support for internally managed funds on daily equity and public markets operations for index replication and delivered client education and product training on themes such as factor, thematic and ESG investing. Assisted in proposals and delivered education to ICs, CIOs and board members whenever needed. Successfully assisted investment teams from the likes of CalSTRS and CalPERS, etc. in bringing MSCI-indexed fund(s) management in house
