As Program Director I work alongside the owners and General Manager to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! As Program Director, I manage the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, oversight of game-day operations, and customer service. As a Geek Squad Technology Education Agent (TEA) I performed walk-out working solutions, clinics and classroom based training's to help customers along their technology journey. In this role, I was expected to have a strong knowledge of all services, technology and store business category strategies and ensures that no clients are ever left un-served or under-served, no matter where they bought their product.
