SANTOS EABU. – Risk Based Inspection Assessment ( June 2013 – Present) The project is to implement Risk Based Inspection for all their facilities across Eastern Australia, starting with Port Bonython, Moomba Facility and Big Lake Facility by using APIRBI version 9 softwareThe Port Bonython facility receives liquid hydrocarbons from Moomba and processes it in distillation tower and molecular sieves to produce LPG, Processed Crude, and Naphtha productsThe Moomba facility accepts production from 115 gas fields and 28 oil fields containing 536 producing gas wells and 177 producing oil wells. The central processing plant in Moomba comprises oil processing which includes Crude Stabilisation Plant (CSP) and Crude/Condensate Storage and gas processing which includes seven CO2 Removal Train, gas dehydration, Natural Gas Liquid Recovery Plant (LRP), and Ethane Treatment Plant (ETP). Big Lake facility receives gas from Big Lake Gas production wells and Goyder Gas production wells. The central processing plant in Big Lake Gas comprises gas which includes Gas Inlet Gathering and Separation and Gas Compression System. Responsibilities:• Collect the data needed for conducting RBI analysis: PID, PFD, equipment specification and inspection, piping list and specification, etc.• Determine the potential damage mechanism for every equipment and piping group• Review static equipment and piping inspection and determine its effectiveness against the potential damage mechanism• Develop the piping circuit, inventory group, corrosion loop, Integrity Management Plan (IMP) and Integrity Operating Windows (IOW)• Build the hierarchy model based on piping circuitisation and equipment design and populate the data into the APIRBI software.• Review Risk Result to each of equipment and piping circuit by conducting risk driver analysis • Investigate, solve and report the software bugs

Conducted RBI Assessment using Riskwise for Process Plant - TWI Integrity Software for topside pressurized equipments including : pressure vessel, tank, heat exchanger and piping. Calculated remaining life based and predicted probable damage mechanism on the equipments. Produced Risk Profile and proposed next action or further inspection plan and schedule. Yet, also maintain proposed action or inspection have executed with right procedures, codes and standards.
