My primary role is to support the Audio Visual Management and Delivery teams. There is a wide range of tasks that I will be involved in, some of which are below.- Provide input to AV Standards & AV Process development.- Revision and creation of key architecturaldocuments including standards, strategies and guidelines.- Provide technical and strategic input to Projects and planning.- Track project issues and complaints, and ensure rectification.- Manage escalations from: AV Design team; Project team;Vendors (Integrators, Consultants, Suppliers).-AV Maintenance QA -Audio Visual support for Property Services, ITS Field Services, AdvancedTechnologies and Networking.

As a Senior Project Manager my role is to manage complex and large commercial Audio Visual projects within facilities including boardrooms, lecture theatres, control rooms, video conference suites, courtrooms and public buildings. This includes overseeing installation of control, audio and video installations. As a Project Manager I deal with a variety of clientele, including corporate, education and government with interactions between clients, builders, consultants and other contractors. Providing solutions to complex Audio Visual and video conferencing requirements, this position also assists with design and consultancy when necessary for both large and small construction projects. In addition as a Senior Project Manager I take a lead role in the larger and more complex projects being undertaken at the time, taking on a mentoring and supervisory role with less experienced Project Managers.
