Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.Conduct courteous, customer friendly demonstration rides and walk through presentations.Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, HIGH INTEGRITY approach with each customer. Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service, and finance.Stay informed on market trends, the RV industry and current dealership products.Be enthusiastic, courteous, and respectful while demonstrating excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management.Provide service to the CUSTOMER at a level they have never experienced.

Job Role ResponsibilitiesGauge tanks, read meters and record data.Inspect equipment and facilities for problems and perform minor repairs.Shoot fluid levels.Adhere to all environmental and safety policies.Communicate with production foreman and other lease operators on a daily basis.Keep company vehicle maintained and in good working condition.Coordinate oil sales and salt water hauling as necessary.Maintain gauge sheets properly and note reasons for production changes.
