I learned the business as the listing manager for a group at Avenues Real Estate in Manhattan, which I helped grow into a brokerage of its own known as TRIBRO NYC. I now manage a team of 10 agents who specialize in our Upper Manhattan and Bronx portfolio. In the past six months our team has rented 210 units generating $720,000 in gross commission income (GCI).
