In my role, I focus on the asynchronous enrichment of flight offers, transforming the way airlines present and deliver travel experiences. By integrating third-party travel service providers directly into the airline ecosystem, I ensure that flight offers are not just about transportation but encompass a complete, end-to-end journey. This approach enables airlines to offer a seamless selection of services—such as hotel accommodations, tour activities, and ground transportation—right alongside flight bookings, elevating the overall travel experience for passengers. Additionally, I implemented a push technology that proactively informs clients of new services as they become available, ensuring passengers have real-time access to the latest travel options, further enhancing their journey planning and experience.

I contributed to the development of ACM, a cloud-based web application used by newsrooms for automated content management. The application leverages microservices architecture, containerized with Docker, and orchestrated with Kubernetes on AWS for scalability and cost-effectiveness. On the backend, I worked with Python using Flask (Flask RESTX) to build and maintain microservices, while integrating MongoDB and OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) as databases. On the frontend, I developed user interfaces with React and TypeScript, using Material UI for consistent design.

I worked on the Purple Link Optimizer, a tool designed to automate internal linking for the Journalism and Media industry. I developed a search engine powered by BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), approximate k-NN and OpenSearch to efficiently assign anchor texts to the most relevant articles. This solution not only enhances reader guidance, improves SEO rankings, and increases reader retention but also significantly speeds up the article creation process by streamlining the linking workflow.
