• Follows standard sequences and coding in entering and keying data; verify, edit, and corrects data as needed. • Perform administrative support for CRM data maintenance and Siebel software.• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact to facilitate operational and reimbursement support, and work with medical insurance companies to determine if patients are eligible for their treatment.• Ability to work with large data sets and run simple formulas such as sumifs on Microsoft Excel• Analyzes and organizes collected data, statistics, department operational data, budgets, expenditures, revenue, or grant information in computerized databases and identifies patterns and significant trends in data procedures. • Creation and maintenance of SQL queries, stored procedures, and tables.

 Assess and transform Excel data to be compatible with pre-defined templates Load data into pre-defined templates and confirm correct entry and interaction with automated functions Identify and communicate data quality issues and summarize requirements for follow-up Validate data management tasks performed by other team members Optimize SQL performance, integrity, and security of the project’s databases/schemas. Contribute to the optimization of data management and performance tuning Manage a queue of data management tasks with prompt delivery and clear communication Communicate with internal and external clients about data discrepancies, missing information, needed documents, upcoming deadlines, and status. Experience with or knowledge of Medicaid, Healthcare, Education, and/or customer support is beneficial

• Improve the timeliness and accuracy of data entry processes, reversing longstanding issues of delayed chargebacks and erroneous invoicing.• Ensure the timely and accurate entry of customer contracts into company systems.• Step in to answer phone calls and assist with other office duties during periods of heavy workflow.• Input mass data into Microsoft excel and company software.• Handle calls, track communications and raise issues based on established procedures. • Flag accounts needing additional services and route this information to appropriate teams to prevent service delays.
