I am responsible for the Resolution team of held invoices for payment team, my sub-process works in conjunction with the sub-processes within the accounts payable team.My team check the Purchase orders, good receives, invoices and the correct processing invoices in sap.

I am currently in the area of resolution for T & E, where follow-up the expenses with the credit card and the correct support of each expense, also i´m checking the advances and reimbursements are made in a timely manner. In addition to generating the performance metrics of our area to focus the effort correctly.

Nowadays I´m in the Internal Control team for Latin America, where it is reviewed that the financial processes of each Local Organization are being done in the best way, a review of SOX 404 controls is also carried out.

Record of supplier invoices for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.My most important tool was SAP, I posted all the invoices from Local administration system to SAP.
