Job Description: Lead and manage complex engineering projects from inception to completion and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements, and providing technical expertise and guidance. Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects and provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams. Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Prepares project estimation, technical proposals, and project schedule and directly reporting to project manager. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members and prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve project issues and ensure alignment with project engineers, supervisors and contractor’s management team. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Prepares the manpower allocation and coordination with CAPEX for the needed tools, equipment and consumables for the project. Conducts site audits, inspections and presenting technical analysis and identifying the client needs and providing solutions. Supervises the Junior Engineers and manpower workforce for timely completion of construction, repair, and maintenance projects. Monitoring the compliance of the project to ensure that industry codes and practices are adhered to, quality assurance policies are followed, and performance standards are met. Regularly update project progress status and ensure all completion reports are submitted every end of the project. Always ensure Safety and Quality Assurance/Control is in place. Perform other project engineering and project management related duties.

Job Description:  Oversees a team of technical service professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery of Conveyor Belt Services in Cement plants, Power plants, and other mechanical projects. Support and managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with other departments, and implementing best practices to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Direct involvement for the preparation of strategic plans for Scheduled Plant Shutdown (SPS), Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and all emergency works. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel to manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies and conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, implementing necessary safety measures. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates and develop detailed cost estimates, and technical proposals. Prepares the manpower allocation and coordination with CAPEX for the needed tools, equipment and consumables for the project. Conducts site audits, inspections and presenting technical analysis and identifying the client needs and providing solutions. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
