Since being promoted to lead the AMV BBDO creative output, Adrian has been recognised as the No 1 Creative Director in the World at The Cannes Lions. He is also the most awarded Executive Creative Director in the UK according to the Big Won, which has also made AMV BBDO Agency of the Year in the UK (in consecutive years). AMV BBDO is currently the most awarded agency in the UK at Cannes (with a Titanium, a Glass and several Gold Lions) and in 2018 it was the second most awarded agency in the World at Cannes, with an agency record of three Grand Prix and one Titanium. Creative Agency of the Year at D&AD (three times), winning a Black Pencil and recently being awarded the Black Pencil for the Ad of the Decade. One Show, two Grand Prix and one Green. BTAA AOTY (twice, with a record number of awards). Creative Circle AOTY four times (with a record number of awards). Campaign Big Interactive Agency of the Year, Big Film Agency of the Year (twice) & Big Print Agency of the Year.
