Adrian Rushmer is a senior operating executive with over 23 years of experience in building and scaling global teams and ventures across the digital assets and professional services. As the Co-founder of Zingy Labs, Adrian leads operational activities for all service lines, driving teams to excel in account management, project management, and service delivery for marketing, fundraising, and growth engagements for clients. He also collaborates with his two partner co-founders to develop the company’s long-term strategic plan and steer technology transformation, enabling key revenue, profitability, and expansion goalsPreviously, Adrian was Co-Founder and Head of Community at Morfyus – a Web3 e-sports guild that allowed gamers to earn income from the Gamefi metaverse. As a pioneer of the NFT gaming movement in Asia, he spearheaded community growth, engagement and branding at Morfyus to build the venture from ground-up to 70,000+ members at its peak. This membership growth was achieved on the back of industry-first product and marketing innovations including the creation of quests, strategic partnerships, partner game nights, social media AMAs and Twitter Spaces sessions. He also built out the teams and infrastructure facilitating the onboarding of new games, ultimately scaling up the company’s portfolio. Prior to venturing into the digital assets and Web3 space, Adrian spent 12+ years as Surveyor at Seaward Safety. In this capacity, he was entrusted with leading site surveys of some of the world’s largest onshore and offshore drilling projects across 15 countries. Heading teams of up to 15+, he was instrumental in engineering robust, scalable supply chains to support end-to-end logistics, budget planning, materials and labour sourcing for multi-billion dollar projects run by BP (South Korea), Equinor (Norway), Lukoil (Russia), Odfjell (Africa), Saudi Aramco (Middle East), Petrobras (Brazil), Maersk (Singapore), Shell (UK) and Pertamina (Indonesia). Across progressively senior project leadership roles, Adrian was entrusted as a key client liaison and won management recognition as a people leader capable of harmonizing globally distributed teams and unlocking meaningful cost savings. From 2000 to 2008, Adrian was the proprietor of a taxi business. He also has an 18-year track record as a trader across foreign exchange, equities and cryptocurrency assets for both his personal and client portfolios. Adrian is currently based out of Thailand and has worked with teams spanning across 30+ countries.
