- Assigned REA (Responsible Engineer Authority) role for several CCAs. Tasked with product ownership, technical expertise, design, testing, and providing weekly metrics- Performed ATP (Automatic Testing Procedure) and DVT (Design Verification Testing) in a lab environment independently. Utilized both low voltage (<50V) and high voltage (~300V & 3 Phase) equipment for a multitude of different tests - Troubleshooted and repaired circuits involving a variety of discrete components and ICs (drivers, clocks, converters, LDOs, sensors) - Frequently communicated with diverse group of engineers (Thermal, Components, Mechanical, Quality, Software). Also communicated with technicians, contractors, suppliers, and vendors- Written Variances, Change Notices, and Test Procedures. Generated and modified Bill of Materials (BOM) - Gave presentations and technical reports to senior engineers as well as customers with topics regarding test performance and documentation for hardware compliance, delivery, status, and simulation analysis/results- Researched alternate parts and equipment. Often accompanied by cost vs lead time analysis- Ambassador and mentor for both interns and new hires - Received R6 Sigma Certification (June 2020)- Updated and revised designs in Mentor Graphics Xpedition Schematic & Layout
