Working together with the PM and PD in managing ongoing post-marketing and clinical studies conducted by the CRO.####Performing ICSR intake in Argus Safety Database that includes monitoring safety inbox for safety documents, monitoring E2B portal for pending safety reports, acknowledgment of receipt of the safety information, performing duplicate check in Argus Database, assessing initial vs follow-up version, creating ICSRs in database, coding of AEs with MedDRA and coding of drugs using Argus drug library , protocol ID for solicited and clinical reports and coding of drugs using WHO DD.Monitoring incoming reports via safety mailboxes/fax server for distribution to appropriate project teams.Checking SAE reports for unrequested personal identifiers to initiate appropriate actions in protecting data privacy.Filing safety documents in Veeva Vault and PhlexEview.Assisting in the quality control of tracked/filed safety documents, safety related correspondences.Running reports from for distribution to project teams or management team.Reviewing query aging reports to initiate reminders or escalations of responded queries.Responding to staff requests for administrative support.Applying knowledge of working in electronic document management systems and safety tracking systems.Adhering to company policies & procedures including corporate guidelines and best practices.Supporting the SRI Group with research for DSUR Australia submission requirements.Preparing merge reports for deletion of duplicates. Monitoring Local Affiliate portal for incoming reports. Acting as mentor and trainer for intake tasks for newly onboarded safety assistants.Providing daily reports of intake task assignments for management overview of resourcing.Organizing team meetings as back-up intake global lead.Providing guidance in Argus functionality.
