I moved onto this roll to seek different experiences and to use my vast experience from Harvey Norman to help change this family owned small business.I had an all rounder role using my Sales and Administration Skills initially, to help improve office procedures and efficiency,progressing into maintenance of the Truss plant and vehicles,Loading and unloading of stock onto trucks,Implement safe work practices,Design & Estimate Trusses with Pryda Build,Customer Service building relationships with clients.

This Roll came about because of the Demise of the Vox Retail Group / Chandlers .The Innisfail store was one of the fortunate stores to be purchased by Harvey Norman Holdings.A new world of selling and experience for myself and increased the skills that i had gained from Chandlers enormously.As with the previous roll i was part of a focused and successful team which grew the Franchise and took it to new heights increasing Profit and Sales Year on Year every year.I Managed the computer section for 3 Franchisee's over this period which involved Stock purchasing,Staff Management,Point of Sale,Advertising,Computer and Mobile Phone Technician ,Store Merchandising,Sales Budgets And Targets,Administration and Customer Service.
