• Manage & Examine incoming tenders, & inquiry/query.• Manage & Review scope of works specific to HVAC works.• Manage & Review designs, drawings, and specification of HVAC equipment’s.• Prepare & provide initial calculation for equipment load requirements, by manual using check figures and software (HAP).• Prepare & provide initial calculation for exhaust fan by manual using air flow parameters (CFM/L/s).• Prepare technical selection sheet for the equipment schedule as per specifications.• Prepare technical submittal for Equipment and material as per specification.• Prepare duct layout and duct sizing using software (DUCTSIZER by MCQUAY).• Prepare selection sheet for all air outlets (Grilles/Diffusers).• Prepare HVAC shop drawing using software (AUTOCAD).• Prepare Bill of Quantity for HVAC works.• Prepare proposed quotation as per specification of tender documents.• Provide approved shop drawing & Coordinate with main contractor & other subcontractor to ensure smooth flow of HVAC activities.• Site supervision & inspection as per approved drawing & material.• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance as per specification.• Active involvement in regular meetings with client, consultant, main contractor & other subcontractor to resolve the work related issues in site progress.• Monitor & Supervise the report/note of some issue and determines appropriate decision/actions.• Monitor & supervise all maintenance operations for HVAC equipment.• Plan and manage all repair and maintenance logs.• Conduct inspection for all projects and AMC to detect problems and resolve the issues.• Provide technical support for engineer, foreman and all technicians to complete and resolve technical issues.• Create and implement maintenance schedule & procedure for daily task.• Monitor & oversee equipment, spare parts and consumables stock in the store and place order when necessary.
