I provide outsourced in-house legal services as well as on-site and remote legal advice and support to companies, in-house legal teams and law firms. I provide services in a flexible manner and have been engaged as: an interim lawyer on short to long term contracts (FT, PT or casual); a virtual lawyer operating offsite and supporting clients on a needs basis; and a project lawyer, including assisting with transaction work.My focus is on providing clients with effective legal services in flexible and cost effective manner and fees are structured according to engagement, however most clients prefer a day rate (or half day rate) or monthly retainer.
