As Customer Engagement Specialist (LATAM Lead) I am responsible for the CRM strategy and Project Management of related projects in Mexico and South America.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀• 𝗚𝗼-𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼: I ran the rollout preparation and rollout of SalesForce into the Mexican organization. This included trainings for the full Sales team, planning & monitoring of related tasks.• 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼: I planned & ran the post-Go-Live phase in the Mexican market, monitoring the intensive user support, collecting, reporting, resolving bugs and user feedback to the global program.• 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼: I implemented Incident Management, regular Usage Reporting (local & regional), monthly Leadership Steering meetings, a local SF ambassador network, and various engagement channels to stay up-to-date with my stakeholders (e.g., Sales Heads, SalesAdmin, InsideSales, Finance).• 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: I planned and executed an end-to-end assessment to optimize the customer account creation. The local project spearheaded the function Go-Live within the global program. A live pilot was approved by Local Leadership.𝗜𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀• 𝗚𝗼-𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮: I am responsible for the planning and execution of the SalesForce rollout in Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, and all our export markets• 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: I am responsible to assess the locally used, related customer claims processes in order to optimize for efficiency.

As Project Manager eBusiness EMEA I was responsible for the Project Management (Initiation, incl. ROI, calculation, Planning, Execution, Closure) of various business and IT projects within the Region Tires Replacement EMEA, directly supporting our commercial strategy.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀• 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮: within our Car Dealer channel, I ran a project establishing a product recommendation pipeline, combining tire sidewall images, vehicle specifications, tire product data, and local & regional requirements. The solution consisted of 8 components, including the usage of Google Vision AI (image recognition) and a final customer package. • 𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵 & 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Together with the global program, as the EMEA responsible I identified and calculated 10 use cases within retail, car dealer, and fleet sales channels.• 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿: I ran a project conceptualizing, benchmarking, and implementing a new Fleet Sales tool, including support organisation, combining tire mileage-, EU VECTO fuel consumption-, tire product-, and rolling resistance data into tangible Euro & CO2 value. The solution contained new tires, retreads, and Digital Solutions and went live in all EMEA markets.• 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: I ran a project focusing on the integration into our customer's ERP systems. It resulted in a comprehensive market analysis, providing data on used ERP solutions within 15 markets and more than 6.000 customers. Additionally, an EDI maturity model was created, and a few customers were integrated.• 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀: Analysis to implement tire master data into our Importer webshops, Conception of an EMEA EDI Sales dashboard, analysis to leverage specific data collections within the company.

As a Business Application Manager I was responsible for managing two major applications on EMEA level within the fleet sales channel. A core achievement was to pick up both applications after their Go-Live and establish them well within the organization. • 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: A platform to measure, analyze, and report on tire tread depth, pressure and wear conditions, covering various Sales and Technical processes. I was in charge of the solution for 5 years, and established it in over 30 markets, leading to over 150.000 vehicle inspections covering 800.000 single tires, and the identification of over 40.000 wrong inflations and 30.000 tread issues.• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀: A platform to administrate various TT, PLT, CST sell-out programs, making the process retraceable and more efficient, while also creating a new digital touchpoint towards our smaller fleet customers. I led the application going live in 10 markets, covering thousands of invoice-certified tires and hundreds of thousands in incentives.𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀• 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Acting as a 2nd level of support on EMEA level, closely coordinating with IT.• 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀/𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: I worked as the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿; building and prioritizing the backlog with my stakeholders, creating roadmaps, running quality assurance, communicating & training changes, creating best practices and building a community around both platforms.• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 (𝘢𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥)• 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: Permanent member of a Data Governance Board, service reviews with IT agencies, hosting of monthly community-, as well as Steering meetings.

In this position as eBusiness Manager I had the same responsibilities as described under Business Application Manager. Due to a merger the organization and job title was changed.Next to above mentioned responsibilities, I managed following 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀:• 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗖: I planned and executed a Proof of Concept mapping tire Serialnumber to manufacturing data, easing the data collection and tire tracing process. • 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀: to represent a fleet fully and increase the quality of our reporting, I ran a project which produced an automated solution to create tire articles within SAP. This solved one of the most pressing pain points of our Sales team. • 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: for our importer channel, I externalized the tire inspection solution, additionally building various business models to support our fleet sales strategy.• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: to optimize the customer experience and use synergies between the Truck fleet and Truck OEM Aftersales sales channels, I ran an assessment to include an extended tire warranty program. This included a customer reach analysis, a benefit & IT cost analysis.• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿: to unite forces and to be more efficient in the Business Area, I ran comparative benchmarks of 3 other platforms (2x Poland, 1x Turkey), to assess if a merger would provide value.

In my role as an intern within the eCommerce & Digitalization Team in Business Areas Replacement Truck Tires EMEA I supported two projects: Tire Inspections and our E-Commerce platform. 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱: • Rollout Supervision• Change Management & community building • DevOps/Software Development: Supporting the Product Owner in his daily tasks, especially Quality Assurance, new features include: new reporting, UX enhancements, voucher codes, data quality enhancement

I had the opportunity to work in Hannover Re's Korea Branch for a few months. As an intern I reported to the Head of Marketing & Business Development and produced:• A comprehensive (hundred) pages Report, covering the worldwide InsurTech Landscape• An evaluation of the Top10 InsureTech Innovators, incl. SWOT Analysis• A presentation of the findings, which I held in front of the whole branch.
