Over many years, I have held four senior management positions within the Transport/logistics, Civil Construction,Waste and Quarrying industries. These positions all had management liability and operational constraints that were to be adhered with, however this allowed me to meet many great people. Fulfilling those management responsibilities, was supported by my education/training already obtained and my core strengths being in Human Resources & Industrial Relations. Although I had originally commenced pursuing a career path in HR/IR, my preference was promptly redirected and importantly, my energy & motivation to the evolving facets of "Compliance" across industries. This exposure soon had my focus on compliance directed by the ISO standards, applicable statutory law, regulations and client/project expectations within the Transport and Logistics, Civil Construction and Waste industries. In past years, the commencement of the business known as Elite Compliance Consulting, has evolved from assisting business operators across many industries to conform with their statutory liabilities and other imposed obligations and simply administering their own systems. In recent years have achieved additional relative qualifications as a Lead Auditor for Quality- Workplace Safety- Environment Management and Training & Assessment focusing on Civil Construction. I am also registered with Exemplar Global as an Auditor for the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation scheme. These qualifications and IMPORTANTLY the industry operational and administration EXPERIENCE, is respected and required by our Civil Construction clients. Many who we just provide compliance support to, administering their existing accredited systems and working on their sites conducting second party audits and system reviews for 9001/4801/14001 and training their staff. In January 2015, Elite Compliance Consulting has commenced a second business operation located in Eight Mile Plains,south of Brisbane QLD.
