Managed 8 Citrix XenApp farms (250+ servers, 80,000+ users, 1060+ apps). Provided 3rd level technical support for Citrix, VMWare Horizon and cross platform tools like Box, Zoom. Designed/built XenApp farms. Migrated Citrix NetScaler/ADCs from Aloclek into Azure. Migration of servers from internal datacenters to Azure (including converting PVS images to MCS).

Manage 6 Citrix XenApp farms with 300+ servers, 1200+ published applications and 10,000+ users. Manage a XenDesktop farm with 400+ XenDesktops. Provide 3rd level technical support to troubleshoot and resolve farm wide and user specific issues. Install and configure new Citrix servers in XenApp 4.5, 6.0 and 6.5 farms as need requires. Liaise with application owners to install, migrate, configure and support applications in the Citrix farm.

Provided 3rd and 2nd level technical support to a client base of over 150 companies and over 2000+ users in the Central Florida area. Resolved hardware, software and network issues for mixed Mac, Windows XP/Vista/7 and Windows Server environments. Challenged to provide timely resolutions to support mission-critical applications.

Managed multiple projects from server and software installations, through complex systems integrations. Multifaceted role supported the pre-sales process as the resident “subject matter expert,” actively engaging with clients to clarify project goals and providing insight into the feasibility of the solution requested. Operations Lead for the Managed Services division of Q-Armada, responsible for maintaining the health of supported IT infrastructure for both internal and external clients. Strategic and hand’s on role directing the setup, operation and continued development of Managed Services for a growing client base while maintaining service levels agreements and cultivating professional relationships with key stakeholders. Role also included duties as System Administrator for Q-Armada.

Administered a network of 450+ workstations and 20+ servers, spanning seven separate geographical locations. Responsible for server provisioning, Active Directory, Exchange, backups/restores, patch and antivirus compliance, system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades and problem management. Despite a small team and limited resources, satisfied the ever-increasing technological needs of the user community through a swift response to problem resolution and careful attention to service delivery.
