OLIGO group is a German family owned businesses that manufactures interior decorative (residential, hospitality and commercial) and industrial (mainly automotive) lighting solutions. I was brought on-board to start the office in Singapore as part of our group's plans to expand in this region.Key achievements to-date:- Established new customers and retail distribution network in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand for our OLIGO interior decorative luminaire systems.- Established new manufacturing customers (automotive and white-goods) in Malaysia and Thailand for our industrial Surface Control optic systems.- Led project presentations, product launches, sales and product training of partners and customers in the respective country markets.

KPMG is a leading global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. The ASPAC RDC is the regional IT centre established in Singapore. Key responsibilities:- Led IT operations team (based in Hong Kong, Auckland, Tokyo and Singapore) in managing day to day operations of RDC in Singapore and other sub-sites in Australia, China, Japan and Korea; i.e. core infrastructure deployment and support, security and data recovery services. Successful delivery of services according to agreed service level agreements of minimum 99%.- Led KPMG’s service management team to provide ITIL support e.g. Critical Incident, Change, Service Request and Problem management. 100% completion.- Completed the successful RFP process and implementation of the new data centre and regional network connectivity contracts within budget and timeline.- Successful implementation of the core infrastructure and network to support the regional deployment of the KPMG enterprise solution.- Implemented work flow processes and policies which helped saved resource costs and resulted in improved operation efficiency and productivity by 15%. - Drove the innovation and development of infrastructure (e.g. emerging technologies, cloud, mobile and core infrastructure) services to align and support the strategic growth indicators of the stakeholders in the region; near, mid and long term services. GCBT is a joint-venture with GC Gruppe group (largest wholesaler in Europe with annual turnover of over €7 billion) from Germany which specialises in the distribution of luxury sanitary wares & fittings, kitchen and wardrobe in Malaysia. Key achievements:- Over a period of 6 years, I had successfully implemented workflow processes that increased operation efficiencies and achieved an annual net profit growth of 5%.- Using the knowledge I gained from my time with GC head office in Germany, I developed IT operational processes to streamline productivity efficiency in warehousing, logistics, purchasing, sales and administration by 25%.- Together with the support from our luxury brands’ principals, I developed our sales and marketing plans which helped established our company as the household name for luxury home furnishing in Malaysia. - I was featured in lifestyle publications (e.g. Tatler Homes, Prestige, Home & Décor magazines) to provide further insight in the luxury lifestyle segment.

KPMG ITS Global ASPAC is the regional IT centre established in Singapore. Key achievements:- 100% implementation and training of our intranet knowledge management solutions meeting our global schedule.- Completed 100% regional roll-out, adoption and training of our internal IT applications to the Audit, Advisory, Tax and HR business functions.
