Bio-Brick Labs is tackling the emissions and mining requirements of the construction supplies industry by developing building materials with a low carbon and waste-negative procedure.

•Reviewed structural drawings and went to site visits in order to create AutoCAD drawings and demolition procedures for jobs of varying scope•Completed loading calculations to ensure success and safety for proposed demolition work•Worked with Project Managers and Estimators to prepare early-stage bid designs to be given as a part of our tender package

•Analyzed structural drawings and scope of work to create quantity takeoffs and item specifications used when pricing and giving quotes•Completed bid packages and calculated estimated costs using ProContractor •Attended pre-tender meetings and took notes of important information regarding the way the construction was to be executed along with safety rules from property to property

•Designed rehabilitation projects at major properties according to client specifications and budgets, which followed local construction by-laws•Functioned as a liaison between the client and contractor to make sure that all parties were kept aware of the work that was/had to be done•Provided on-site project management to ensure that work was done to a high quality and collaborated with the foreman to ensure that important deadlines were met, and design parameters were followed

•Assessed new and old hydro poles to ensure structural integrity and reasonable space to run new wires•Sorted and analyzed current construction projects to ensure they were being completed in proper order•Supported Team Manager with daily updates on current projects status
