Led a team of twenty engineers with six rotary wing aircraft conducting scheduled and corrective maintenance to deliver aircraft for training flights, exercises and operations at the main operating base and deployed. Ensured all work was conducted and documented correctly and gave final authorisation for flight. Deployments included high tempo operations in extreme environments and on-board HM ships.
