Almost all processes can be completed in house within our six specialist divisions, meaning we can deliver to a high standard, on time, with very few external dependenciesWhile we serve a range of industries, Farra have developed a deep expertise in hydro power maintenance, customised access solutions for buildings and industrial sites, and craft beverage manufacturing.Responsibilities currently held at Farra Engineering as the Works Manager of Machining include:• Production planning and resource allocation. • Managing the workforce requirements to support the operation.• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all staff, customers and site visitors through leadership of the operational health and safety requirements. • Contributing production planning, process advice, design input and cost estimates to support sales quotations. • Driving engineering excellence. • Monitoring capacity and utilisation gaps. • Working with the Heavy Engineering, Design and Project Management leaders and teams.• Maintaining a high-quality operational environment.
