I secured master agents and teamed with them on marketing events, workshops, social selling, and webinars to leverage their existing customer base to grow the pipeline.► Evolving the company into the recognized UCaaS leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, I negotiated the industry’s largest-ever deal with an American chain of luxury department stores for $25M total contract value. Hired in the company’s early stages to partner on designing the channel model and sales strategy for Guardium’s data protection platform, I led sales for the south-central U.S. territory. Leveraging attendance at database user groups to create marketing opportunities and using the Sandler sales methodology to generate sales revenue, I delivered on a $3M annual quota. ► I was a key contributor in catapulting company revenue from $10M to $80M in 4 years.► Winning Dell Computer as a reseller, I brokered the largest deal in company history at the time.► By leveraging my relationship with Dell to get Guardium featured in Dell Power Solutions Magazine, I facilitated the gain of $30M in sales with enterprise clients in 1 year.► I surpassed my quota by up to 210% and built a pipeline equivalent to 300% of my quota.► The successful PoC strategies and tracking mechanisms I established are still in use by IBM.
