Construction & concrete multiple drainage systems for Sunshine Coast airport expansion including colverts,pits,u drain & installation of spel tanks with supporting concrete slabs .

• Forming up, steel fixing and assisting with concreting to multiple sized crane pads, heavy and light duty pavements, oily water pits and sumps using conventional forms, RMD slims, push/pulls and bracing• Read, Interpret and execute works as per plans and specifications• Undertake rectification, maintenance and finishing works as required including grouting and joint sealing• Mobilising, demobilising and maintenance of crib and office facilities up to 4000-man camps• All works carried out using Frannas, Cranes and EWP’s assisting with dogman duties as required under the guidance of crane driver• Using hand and power tools such as drills, saws, jack hammers, chuck and impact drills, grinders, quick cuts and road saws• Adhering to all site and company safety policies and procedures such as SWMS, JHA’s, JSA’s, take 5’s, start cards, hazard identification and reporting and conducting KPI’s/LPI’s

• Forming up heavy and light duty pavements, stair and ladder landings, multiple sized substations, supporting blast walls for gas turbines and medium sized oily water separating pits using conventional forms, RMD slims, push/pulls and z bars• Fireproofing of piling anchoring modules using metal shutters• Constructing templates and placing hold down bolts for foundations, footings and pavements including pouring and finishing various concrete works as required• Read, Interpret and execute works as per plans and specifications• Installing and stripping formwork using frannas, cranes and elevated work platforms• Adhering to site safety policies and procedures such as SWMS, JHA’s and take 5’s

• Construct fire proofing formwork around piles, stair landing, nib walls and light and heavy-duty driveway pavement using metal formwork• Installation of precast u ditches as per plans and specifications• Undertake grouting works to electrical rooms • Adhering to company and site safety procedures including JSA’s, start cards and SWMS’s

• Conduct early site establishment works including forming and pouring concrete footings, setting up crib rooms and shade structures• Construct formwork including stripping after concrete pours for shutters, large compressor columns up to 14m, supporting decks using table forms, octagon footings including setting up gantry for hold down bolts, chemical pits, bund walls, blast walls for gas turbines, footings, pedestals, bases, paving and Udrains using RMD pans and conventional forms• Installation of watertight weld in barriers• Erection and stripping of formwork using elevated work platforms, frannas and cranes up to 500 tonne
