•Coordinate the Project Manager for daily Inspection Activity.•Coordinate Subcontractor to provide shop drawing for reference of Inspection.•Prepare Inspection report for vital issue regarding Defects at site.•Studies Method of Statement and Specification for Finishing application at site.•Inspection daily activities to ensure the quality of the work and compliance to approved plans, specification and method of statement.•Push Main Contractor for the delayed progress at site.•Observes work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed and materials used conform to specifications and good engineering practice.•Prepare Weekly report for the Project Manager.

•Conduct inspection of daily activities to ensure the quality of the work and compliance to approved plans, specification and method of statement.•Attend weekly/contractor and sub-contractor meetings for discussing future and on- going project.•Check post tension profile as per approved structural drawing prior casting.•Supervise concreting as per request of main contractor as specified location.•Check and sign periodical inspection report as per site status and DM Approval.•Check monthly billing of main contractor for certificate of payments.•Test all installed fixtures of electrical and plumbing.•Studies specifications of contract for basis of starting and completion time. •Promotes harmonious relations among clients and contractor and suppliers by maintaining close communication.•Coordination of Civil, Architectural and MEP works and accordance with designs, scopes of work, specifications and other contract documents.•Check that materials delivered to site are properly stored as per specification.•Check approved RFI and compared with site status.•Observe site safety practices and the progress of the work.•Inspect site condition prior to start of new activities.•Documentation and filling of all related correspondence letter, submittals, request and queries from clients.•Prepare monthly progress status to the manager.•Create regular weekly site reports and give feed back to the Manager.
