I support IT Technology for the senior executives at CVS Caremark. Job responsibilities include laptop, desktop and iPad support, mobile communication (iPhones, Blackberry, and Samsung) support, video and audio conferencing from TelePresence Rooms, Cisco and Tandberg Rooms, and laptops thru Cisco Jabber. Job responsibilities include laptop, desktop and iPad support, mobile communication (iPhones, Blackberry, and Samsung) support, video and audio conferencing from TelePresence Rooms, Cisco and Tandberg Rooms, and laptops thru Cisco Jabber. I travel to major meetings for IT support which include board and senior leadership meetings. I make sure the executives and their admin assistants are in compliance to security standards and also have to make sure they can do their job while remaining compliant. I have also worked on projects relating to migrating systems over to CVS from acquired companies on the West Coast and Hawaii. Currently my primary responsibilities are supporting the top 20 executives and their administrative assistants. Show less

I managed the daily activities of the CVS IS Help Desk, including helping with irate customers, working on 2nd and 3rd level support with customers over the phone. I supported laptops, desktop, and software in a complex fast growing environment. During this time I traveled all over the country to support regional and district offices, distribution centers for desktop support, refresh, and migration to CVS from acquired companies in the south eastern and Mid Atlantic United States.
