My previous role has been with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water. What initially started as an 8 week review of their Procurement tools and processes including proposing a strategy on how to develop their processes, led to an 18 month change program. This has seen DCWW enhancing and developing their current Procurement tool to reach its full potential, engaging with a third party Procurement Software Solution, developing an integrated Spend analysis, Contract Management and Business Intelligence tool providing an on line data rich system. Including the build, development and training.
