Regional responsibility for key global account of major European MNC, ensuring multi-modal service commitments spanning 22 sites across 10 countries in APAC.Ensure positive client experience, supporting business growth across Service Parts network, and leading both operational and commercial engagements with all level of stakeholders- Successfully lead multiple expansion projects in Japan, Australia, China, including both Forward and Reverse logistics, working closely with both UPS and client teams to ensure SOP, contracts, business rules, measurements are adhered to- Continued collboration with both internal and client teams to drive USD$1.8m savings across 2 years- Took up Global warehousing responsibility in 2014

Overall operational responsibility for 100k sqft facility in Singapore, managing a team of over 80 operational and customer service staff, handling more than 20 key and general accounts. Responsible for roll-out of a new Warehouse Management System as part of an Overall Supply Chain Management System project for one of leading Automotive companies globally.- Based in Japan HQ for 6 months to learn, gather requirements, and assist in developing system- Developed comprehensive training materials, working with translators to convert into local languages- Planned and conducted system and operational trainings and evaluation to ensure staff ready for go-live- Based on-site across Asia, LatAm, Africa for deployment and post implementation support
